Rooted in a rich tapestry of culinary innovation and passion, FOODEX (Jordan) began its journey as the brainchild of UATIC, born from a merger of the Arabia Group's vision and the fervor of renowned Jordanian food entrepreneurs. Established in February 2003, our inception marked the beginning of a new era in dining and catering services, one that would introduce world-class dining experiences at the crossroads of civilization - Jordan.

 

From the inception of Noodasia, our gem that serves authentic Asian dishes and exquisite sushi, to the establishment of the United Arab Central Kitchen under the Foodex umbrella, our journey has been one of constant evolution and dedication to culinary excellence. Our central kitchen, a testament to our innovative spirit, has been the heart from which full-service, on-location meal preparations pulse, catering to a plethora of industries with an unyielding commitment to quality and diversity.
